How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping takes 4–7 business days.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment — we currently ship Australia-wide only.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

I haven't received my tracking number — what now?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Products

Are your products safe for my pet?
Yes. We hand-pick every product for quality and pet safety. Materials are non-toxic and tested.

What size should I order?
Every product page has a size guide. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up — especially for collars and harnesses.

Do you carry products for breeds outside of dogs and cats?
Right now we focus on dogs and cats so we can do them really well. More pet types may come later.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take an extra 5–10 days to post it.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Email us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace it or refund you — return shipping on us.
