We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you're not happy, send it back for a full refund or replacement.
To qualify for a return
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- You must have your order number or receipt
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back (return shipping cost is on you unless the item was faulty)
- Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days after we approve your refund.
Damaged or faulty items
Got a damaged or faulty product? We're sorry. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — return shipping on us.
