We ship Australia-wide. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Australia (standard): 7–14 business days
Australia (express): 4–7 business days
Remote areas: Add 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed.

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 AUD
Flat-rate shipping under $50 AUD: calculated at checkout
Express shipping available at checkout

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Track your order anytime by entering your tracking number on our carrier's website.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, get in touch. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
